Synopsis:
Begum Jaan is an upcoming Indian drama film portraying the thrilling tale of a brothel owner and her fight with the government to save her brothel from being demolished or relocated. Begun Jaan runs a brothel and it comes in way of setting up the border line between India and Pakistan during the partition in 1947. Begum Jaan will do whatever it takes to make sure that her establishment stays safe from the poison of partition as she has clients both on the Indian side and the Pakistani side. The film is an official remake of the hit Bengali film Rajkahini.
