Synopsis:
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle brings the Demon Slayer Corps into their most dangerous battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, the King of Demons. After Muzan’s sudden attack, the slayers are trapped inside the Infinity Castle, a huge maze that constantly shifts and changes. Inside, the Hashira and other slayers face deadly Upper Rank demons in intense battles filled with action and emotion. Zenitsu must fight his former senior Kaigaku, who betrayed their master, while Shinobu Kocho challenges Doma, the demon who killed her sister, in a tragic showdown. At the same time, Tanjiro and Giyu Tomioka battle the powerful demon Akaza. Though Akaza is finally defeated, the fight reveals his tragic human past. This film is the first in a trilogy leading toward the final war against Muzan.
The movie is directed by Haruo Sotozaki, based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, with screenplay by Ufotable. Producers include Akifumi Fujio, Masanori Miyake, and Yūma Takahashi. The Japanese voice cast stars Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro), Akari Kitō (Nezuko), Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke), and Takahiro Sakurai (Giyu). The English dub features Zach Aguilar (Tanjiro), Abby Trott (Nezuko), Channing Tatum (Keizo, Akaza’s past), and Rebecca Wang (Koyuki, Akaza’s fiancée). Together, the film combines breathtaking action, emotional depth, and stunning animation.
