Synopsis:
Denial is based on the novel named History on Trial. The drama is an American and British co production and basically tells the story of a woman Deborah who happens to be accused of libel against her, by a man whom she accused of denying the story of the holocaust. The film peaks into the history and from different character’s point of view, explores the truth on its own. The film stars actors Rachel Weisz, Tom Wilkinson, Timothy Spall, Andrew Scott, Jack Lowden, Caren Pistorius and Alex Jennings in the main roles and revolves around the themes of betrayal, empathy and women empowerment.
