Synopsis:
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is an upcoming Australian action drama film telling the mythic tale of King Arthur and his antics. The film is a live action adaptation of the very popular folk tale which involves a young lad who finds out about his royal lineage upon drawing the royal sword from a stone. The film follows a young Arthur as he is casually hanging around with his crew before he comes across a stone that has a sword stuck in it. Arthur draws the sword and with that sword, he comes to know about his royal lineage that he has been born with. And all this happens in the moment he gets the sword become a part of his self. He now sets out to avenge the death of his parents from the tyrant who killed them to secure the throne for himself. But before doing that, he must first learn how to use the sword properly to fully utilize its exceptional powers and also to fight his inner demons first. The film is a fantasy live action drama directed by Guy Ritchie and stars Charlie Hunnam as the King Arthur along with an ensemble cast.
