Synopsis:
A United Kingdom is a British biographical romantic drama film telling the interracial love story between a black African man and a white British woman. Seretse Khama, the then prince of Botswana came to England in 1948 and fell in love with Ruth Williams and their love affair started. However, when it came out in the open, it was widely unaccepted by the society and their families alike. Despite all odds, they somehow succeeded in being together and fought the British government, her family and the society in order to finally succeed in love.
