Synopsis:
Eighth Grade is an upcoming American comedy drama film revolving around the life of a middle class American teenager named Kayla. She is a shy girl, who constantly struggles with the pressure of being accepted by the society, particularly her very own teachers in the school and her classmates. She is in eighth grade and she goes through a lot of trouble which she hates, but is going to help her greatly in the future. The film is centred on the themes of coming of age issues, slice of life and finding little things to stay happy amidst the atrocities that befall us.
