Synopsis:
Life is going good for Mac Radner and pregnant wife Kelly, until the raucous sisters of Kappa Nu move in adjacent. As uproarious gatherings ceaselessly disturb the peace, the couple swings to previous neighbor and onetime foe Teddy Sanders for help. Presently joined with the organization stud, the trio devises plans to get the wild sorority off the square. Tragically, the insubordinate young ladies decline to go down without a battle.
