Synopsis:
2.0, an Indian science fiction, takes a step ahead from the first instalment of this series launched in 2010 by the name Enthiran in Tamil and Robot in Hindi. The world is under a threat from some deadly evil forces using the means of science, the government is unable to assess the situation and calls upon its scientists for help. The rising level of danger and helplessness of the government compels Dr Vaseegaran to re-assemble his robot Chitti. While dis-assembled in the first instalment due to inhumane behaviour caused by a wrong chip from the villain scientist, Chitti returns to consciousness, this time to save the world from a non-understandable danger.
