Synopsis:
Sangathamizhan, an Indian action drama movie in the Tamil language, is the story of Murugan who aspires to become an actor and resembles a lot in appearance to the leader of the Theni village. Tamizhan, the leader got killed along with his family by a rich industrialist for protesting against setting up of a copper plant in his village. Murugan falls in love with Kamalini who is the daughter of the same industrialist. Finding the resemblance, the rich man tries to plant Murugan in place of Tamizhan and get his plan executed. But, will Murugan learn of the truth? Which side will he choose forms the main crux of the story.
