Synopsis:
Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen is a psychological horror story set during the week before a wedding in a lonely forest area. The story follows Rachel, played by Camila Morrone, and her fiancé Nicky, played by Adam DiMarco, as they arrive at his family’s strange and isolated house. The place feels dark and uncomfortable, filled with unusual decorations and hidden secrets. As the wedding gets closer, Rachel starts noticing scary signs and begins to feel that something is very wrong. Slowly, the situation turns more frightening as she discovers a dark family secret connected to a dangerous curse.
The series is created by Haley Z. Boston and produced by Upside Down Pictures, led by the Duffer Brothers. It is directed by Weronika Tofilska and Lisa Brühlmann. The music is composed by Shashwat Sachdev, and the visuals are created by skilled cinematographers. The cast also includes Jennifer Jason Leigh and Ted Levine, making it a gripping and chilling horror series.
