Synopsis:

Contemporary Color is an American documentary featuring a colourful event which mesmerized the Americans in 2015. In the summer of that year, the great musician David Byrne, who is also known as a prolific artist, staged an event that was high on art and colours.  The idea for the documentary came to Byrne when a coloured troop guard asked him to lend them one of his songs to be performed at their show. Byrne gave the permission but it got him really interested and as he looked deeper into it, he was mesmerized by the whole idea behind it. And he shot it in it raw form, which resulted in an exuberant and highly charged show which offered a great mixture of dance, colours and music. He invited colour troops from American and Canadian lands and organized a show which immediately went into the history pages as one of the most beautiful shows. David also invited some big musicians to make the event a grand success. The documentary has received some great reviews by the critics and the audiences alike as it is being shown in the film festivals across the globe.
