Synopsis:
Coolie No 1, an Indian comedy movie, is the story of a coolie turned millionaire who meets Mr. Rosario to get married to his daughter Sarah Rosario. Raju, a railway porter, meets Pandit Jai Kishen on a railway station where he sees Sarah’s photo for the first time. Considering Raju’s daring against the insult of a fellow worker and interest in Sarah, Jai Kishen plans revenge on Mr. Rosario for his insult. He poses Raju as a millionaire, attracting Rosario’s interest in him for his daughter. Will Raju succeed in marrying Sarah and complete Jai’s revenge or will Mr. Rosario find the truth?
