Synopsis:
Downtown Abbey, a British historical period drama, is based on the fictional Downtown Abbey, a Yorkshire country estate. Owned by the Crawley family, the estate is home to the members of the family as well as their servants. The story comes as a continuation to the last episode of the TV series by the same name that ran on ITV from 2010 to 2015. The movie focuses on the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Downtown Abbey. How did the residents of Downtown react to the news of their visit and how things turn out when the royal guests arrived forms an interesting part of the story?
