Synopsis:
Sarkar in an Indian action drama movie that revolves around the struggle of an NRI businessman to get his rights back, in his home country India. While he returns to cast his vote in the elections, he gets to know that his vote has already been exercised with some foul play. He raises his voice against the injustice and the elections to get cancelled, putting him in a state of enmity with 2 notorious ministers.
