Synopsis:
The Midwife is a women-centric French drama movie originally titled ‘sage femme’ that technically means Midwife. Claire is a selfless well-behaved woman who can go to any length to help others, completely divergent is Beatrice, a selfish woman and mistress of Claire’s late father. The story follows an unusual relationship these two women begin to develop with the changing circumstances. Claire’s life is thrown amuck with the arrival of Beatrice but maybe she could change her for better. As Beatrice reveals that she suffers from brain cancer, the two rely on each other for their problems.
