Synopsis:
The Pitt is a realistic medical drama set inside a busy hospital in Pittsburgh. The series follows one extremely long 15-hour shift in the emergency room, with each episode showing about one hour of that day. The doctors and nurses work under constant pressure because of staff shortages, limited funding, and the lasting effects of the pandemic. The show focuses on how hard it is to save lives in a broken healthcare system, while also showing the emotional stress faced by medical workers.
