Synopsis:
The Promise is an American historical drama film taking on the life of three people who get stuck in a savage love triangle during the war. Michael, a brilliant medical student falls in love with Ana, a beautiful dancer. She hesitates at first due to her commitment with someone, but eventually she gives in. Michael and Ana belong to Armenian heritage and this sparks a mutual attraction in them. When Ana’s boyfriend comes to know of it, he gets mad. Just then, the Ottoman Empire falls and they all have to turn to safety while working together.
