Synopsis:
Patti Cake$ is an American drama movie. The story is about a white girl, Patricia Dombrowski a.k.a. Patti Cake$ who is aspiring to become a rapper by facing the trouble and struggles in her life. She is a fat young girl addressed as Dumbo in her hometown by many, determined to become a good musician she joins the group of local musicians as encouraged by her grandmother and only friends Jheri and Basterd. She finally enters a local music competition assembling her crew of old and new friends, they start laying down very catchy and diverse tracks.
